We require at least two references and a security deposit. The house is located close to UCSB and would be especially ideal for visiting faculty or incoming faculty members. We have excellent neighborhood public schools: Isla Vista Elementary, Goleta Valley Middle School, Dos Pueblos High School. Nearby stores include Albertsons, Target, Costco, Home Depot, Home Goods, as well as many fantastic local restaurants (SB Fish Market, Los Agaves, Ca'Dario, Yetz' Bagels, Rory's Ice Cream, Dune Coffee). There is a large park blocks away with soccer, basketball, and baseball fields.
