    This high and dry 10 acre parcel is in a fantastic location for abundant whitetail hunting or for a quiet camp or building site. The land is high and dry with a general gentle slope from north down to the south. There are several slight ridges and draws on the property which is about 3/4ths covered in dense low vegetation providing great cover and bedding for deer as well as grouse and other small game. State land is right across the road and even more is just 700 feet in the other direction. The property is easily accessed from M-65 making it convenient for folks coming from the south. The road is maintained and there is electricity available. All the surrounding properties are larger acreages and this on the edge of a large agricultural area providing abundant food sources. Butterfield and Wolf Creeks are nearby in state land providing fresh water. The land appears to have been worked agriculturally at some point many decades ago but nature has taken over. The seller has an elevated box blind on the end of a spur over looking 2 draws and the majority of the property. The deer were bedded down under the blind when I first walked the property.
