Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs
