Our adorable tiny home will be available Nov 1. Located on a 1-acre fenced property on a peaceful street with great neighbors, our separate ohana has it's own entrance and private, off-street parking. Located in Haiku-Pauwela, we're walking distance to Baked on Maui and the Cannery. The house has a sleeping loft with a ladder and a separate outdoor covered bathroom with shower and composting toilet (so its not for everyone). The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, sink, hot plate, large toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, and plenty of space for outdoor cooking. Pets are ok with interview. Monthly rent includes wifi, electricity, water and garbage. Washer/dryer is available. Looking for someone who really likes to garden and grow food, so we're willing to deduct up to $300 per month for work trade for the right person.
