You can easily walk to the P.O., grocery store, restaurants and food trucks (within 10 minutes) or just a 2-minute drive. It is 10-12 minute drive to Ho'okipa, Paia Town or Baldwin Beach Park and 25 minutes to the OGG airport in Kahului. We know our neighbors well and have a great community. Quiet & respectful, we all enjoy that aspect. Renter is responsible for electric bill and 1/3-1/2 of water bill... depending on how many tenants. Ideally, the home is set up for 2 persons and the 2nd bedroom can be turned into an office for the right tenant. Lawn care is included, as is reasonable garbage pickup and quarterly pest control/spray. We take care of our things and our property and expect our tenants to do the same. There is off-street parking for 2 cars just 20 feet from the front door. No smoking, vaping or drugs on property. No pets, as I have a feline farm manager who likes to be the 'big deal' ...
