Haiku-Pauwela is a great spot for those seeking tranquility and a taste of Maui's natural beauty. People are drawn to the north shore for its quiet, off-the-beaten-path atmosphere and its connection to the island's agricultural past. We refer to this home as semi off-grid and luxury. Semi off-grid because we use an incinerating toilet and are not connected to sewage or a septic tank. Luxury because the house was built with a lot of thought behind the design and functionality. We used high quality materials and put a lot of care into building this home. In fact, we built this home for ourselves - not just as a rental. So we hope you treat it as you would your own! Looking for a renter for 6-12 months (with possibility for extension). All utilities included, high-speed WiFi included, house runs on propane and solar provided by owner.
