The shared areas in the home are the living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room which has a washer and dryer that are for housemates use only. There is a back deck and a spacious back yard for your enjoyment. All utilities, including hi-speed WiFi, are included in the rent price. This is a clean, comfortable, peaceful shared environment. The home is within 20 miles of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport and 24 miles to downtown Atlanta. MARTA public transportation bus service is near-by. This is a NO SMOKING (Vaping, etc.) ON THE PREMISES, DRUG free, ANIMAL free residence. In addition, and for the safety and respect of all residents, NO guests are allowed at the home. Unit-A Rent is $1,080.00 monthly. - Month-to-Month lease (minimum 2-month stay required.) - $0 application fee but a standard fee for credit/background/eviction screenings will apply. - There is a $25.00/month additional cost for the weekly payment option. - Refundable deposit only $800. ($200 due to secure room and the remainder must clear bank before move-in). This amount will become part of the required security deposit.
