This ample sized furnished room for rent comes with a spacious private bathroom. It is in a shared split-level house that has a split bedroom floor plan which gives you your own area to be in within the house. This is a 1 person per bedroom residence and will be home to ONLY you and three other female housemates (myself included). Please note: for the safety and respect of everyone living here, there are NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED on the premises. This Unit-A is furnished with a queen size bed, standard room furniture, a desk for you to work at, and a 42" smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space for clothing, and blackout curtains which are nice to have on those days when you want to sleep late. The shared areas in the home are the living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room which has a washer and dryer that are for housemates use only. There is a back deck and a spacious back yard for your enjoyment, as well. All utilities, including super hi-speed WiFi, are included in the rent price. Southern Regional, Piedmont-Fayette, and Piedmont-Henry hospitals are all equally 10 miles away. The home is within 20 miles of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport and 24 miles to downtown Atlanta. MARTA public transportation bus service is near-by.
