The shared areas in the home are the living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room which has a washer and dryer that are for housemates use only. There is a back deck and a spacious back yard for all residents use. All utilities, including hi-speed Wi-Fi, are included in the rent price. This is a clean, comfortable, peaceful shared environment. Perfect for workers on a temporary job assignment, medical professionals, academia professionals, serious students, etc. Or if you are just a person that needs a calm space to regroup your life. THIS MAY BE YOUR PLACE!! The home is conveniently located off of Hwy 19/41 (Tara Blvd.) near stores, restaurants, a 24-hour fitness center, parks, and many other places to shop. Southern Regional, Piedmont-Fayette, and Piedmont-Henry hospitals are all equally 10 miles away. The home is within 20 miles of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport and 24 miles to downtown Atlanta. MARTA public transportation bus service is near-by. This is a NO SMOKING (Vaping, etc.) ON THE PREMISES, DRUG free, ANIMAL free residence. In addition, and for the safety and respect of all residents, no guests are allowed at the home. Unit-A Rent is $775.00 monthly. - Month-to-Month lease (minimum 2-month stay required.) - $0 application fee but a standard fee for credit/background/eviction screenings will apply. - Refundable deposit only $600. ($200 due to secure room and the remainder is due before move-in).This amount will become part of the required security deposit.
