This Unit-B is furnished with a queen size bed, standard room furniture, and a Roku TV. There is a closet, plenty of drawer space for clothing and blackout curtains. The shared areas in the home are the living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room which has a washer and dryer that is for housemates use only. There is a back deck and a spacious back yard for all residents use. All utilities, including hi-speed Wi-Fi, are included in the rent price. This is a clean, comfortable, peaceful shared environment. Perfect for workers on a temporary job assignment, including medical professionals, academia professionals, truckers, etc. Or if you are just a person that needs a calm space to regroup your life. THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! The home is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, a 24-hour fitness center, parks, and many other places to shop. Southern Regional, Piedmont-Fayette, and Piedmont-Henry hospitals are all equally 10 miles away. The home is within 20-25 miles to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport and downtown Atlanta. MARTA public transportation bus service is near-by. This is a NO SMOKING (Vaping, etc.) ON THE PREMISES, DRUG free, ANIMAL free residence. In addition, and for the safety and respect of all residents, no guests are allowed at the home. Unit-B Rent is $860.00 monthly/$215.00 weekly. $0 application fee but a standard fee for credit/background/eviction screenings will apply. A $600 refundable security deposit is required. There is a $200.00 room holding fee due within 48 hours of an approved application pending move-in. This amount will become part of the required security deposit. Flexible lease terms available. A minimum two-month stay required. Applicants must have a valid ID, have 1 year verifiable stable employment, acceptable proof of verifiable income (min. gross 2x's monthly rent), no recent evictions, no major or recent felonies, and a good credit score.(Note: Having a mark on your credit or background does not automatically disqualify you from becoming a resident). Applicants must be cooperative, able to clean-up after yourself in ALL AREAS of the home, be able to adhere to the house rules of a shared living space, be respectful of other housemates and others property, and be able to mind your own business.
