We rent by the month. This place has a comfortable double bed in the loft, a bathroom, a kitchen with a window overlooking Portland, Roku TV, washer, drying rack, wifi, and all that you need for a comfortable stay for 1 person or a couple. We are located close to SE 92nd and Johnson Creek, less than 5 minutes to Trader Joes and less than a mile to the 205. You will have your own parking space and tons of privacy. We are within walking distance to the max line, and many other amenities are in the neighborhood yet this property feels like you are away from the city, with the backyard being a forest. This place is truly a gem. We rent our tiny house month-to-month. Some people stay for a while, and some only stay for a month. Damage deposit is $800, we have to do a background check, and the monthly rent is 1400. No smoking, no pets. All utilities are included including wifi.
