Option to discuss WiFi usage (fiber optic fast internet). Indoor Cats are allowed; no dogs. Assigned parking, ample forest to walk and explore, no smoking of any sort inside the house (outside is ok); smoke detector is hard-wired and must not be tampered with plus a carbon monoxide detector within room. A refrigerator is included but must be kept in good order. A microwave is not allowed in bedroom, but the house kitchen microwave is accessible. A bed, nightstand, dresser, and TV-chairs are included plus a wood stand to house packaged dry food. There is a closet for hanging and storing other items within the room. General areas of the house include a bathroom on the ground floor and a full sized kitchen and eating area with "do's and do not's" rules to respect household members and manager. Obtaining a P.O.
