There is a creek that borders the bottom part of the property along Hardesty. The next border is all open fields The top has remnants of an old barb wire fence as the border. The only immediate neighbor is off the top of the property. The property plateaus, or flattens three times. At the bottom, is both dry and wet are with a very strong spring near the remnants of an old stone house that is just off the property by feet. There is a central valley that flattens again to an excellent building site halfway up that has the remnants of a stone house and old road. The property tops out to a big flat area that offers excellent views of the mountains to the northeast, as can also be seen from the building sight halfway up. There is an area in the bottom that was damned at one point and would make an excellent small pond site which is fed by a strong spring just off the property. All native wildlife abound. Minutes from the Shenandoah River and very close to Front Royal.
