This price includes 3 lots, lot 13 and 14 are on the lake and each has 300' of frontage and about 4 acres. So total on lake is 8 acres, and 600' of level, sandy frontage. Also included is lot 57 which is 23 acres of woods across the road. Good hunting for grouse, bear, and deer. The woods are hilly and drop into a cedar swamp. The lake lots face SW for lots of sun and have a very gradual slope to the water. Hewitt Lake itself is considered by the WI DNR to be a "Quality Water Resource". About 1.4% of the lakes in WI meet that criteria. It's a clear clean lake of 80-90 acres and is the deepest lake in Iron County at approximately 90 ft deep. Primary species for fishing is bass and musky. I'd prefer to sell together as the lake lots share one driveway and big properties on premium lakes are getting very hard to find. Approximately 8 other cottages (all newer) on the lake. The stock market can't go up forever and perhaps premium lake property is a good way to diversify.
