We have a fully furnished vacation rental house 10 minutes from Baylor that might be a good option for some students or working professionals. It can be rented month-to-month at 28 day intervals September - April with current availability starting October 13. (It's also available May-August during vacation season at the standard nightly rate.) Might be suitable to be shared by a few married couples, graduate students, international students, coworkers, a few families or students with pets or larger friend groups looking to stay together. The lease is $8500 a month for up to 10 people and includes weekly pool care, hot tub care, lawn care, garbage pick up and housekeeping. It also includes utilities: water, power, pest control and wifi (with a reasonable cap.) It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, rambler home with a 1/2 acre yard (fenced in the back,) a private pool, hot tub, garage game room, outdoor play house and sun room. There is parking for 4-6 cars in the driveway and two in the street. Technically it sleeps more than 10, so we'd be open to being flexible. The full lease would need to be held by one main responsible party, but each adult tenant would need to be verified. PO box required for guest's mail.
