The Property is on the left in main photo. the property listed here for sale is currently vacant land has no structures or Junk to haul off. This area is going to be hot someday and land will sky rocket here, Facebook is building multiple facilities on HWY 6 and a new rail park is being built on HWY 6 in Los Lunas just north and if you want to build a commercial or residential building than being close to an ISP Provider and other Utility services is a good idea, but for now its a great ranch property or whatever You can imagine. Although the road is dirt it is very easy to drive on unlike many other roads. I really like the location of this Property and there are some nice homes on Hinson just north. The map shown on this site has the streets named incorrectly use other maps if needed, the map indicates Olson road or something and that is incorrect. To access the property take Camino Del Lliano from I25 West to Harrison and proceed south to Garcia Rd than take a right and than a left at Hinson Road drive south. the property is between power pole 7 and 8 on Hinson after you pass the last home on the right (west) 145 Hinson Road. The power poles are on the east side of the road as is the property for sale, count the power pole just past the home on the west (145 Hinson Road) as pole # 1 than drive south to pole 7 than the property will be on your left (east side) the 7th pole is on the N/W corner of the property and pole 8 is on S/W corner. To locate the property from the building at 200 Hinson Road find the power pole with the transformer on it at the north end of the building and drive north 2 additional poles to the S/W corner of the property on the right and the third power pole is the N/W corner.
