Peaceful yard with bird bath, wishing well, and giant shady trees, plus a locked detached 2 car garage with electric remotes and additional storage, recreational firepit/grill, patio set, peaceful rocking chair porch, and garage workbench with lots of tools. This house has plenty of room to spread out and not bump into each other all day. House is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Neighbors are all respectable and it's just a block from Cedar and Aurelius in Holt. Utilities included within reason, including Wifi! Drug/smoke/vape free.
