Tenant will have access to their own dedicated washer and dryer located in rear of the home. All utilities like water, power, trash, central A/C, and wi-fi are included. Ample street parking available in this neighborhood. We are located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. We both work full time and are mainly home in the evenings and try and get out and enjoy Hawaii during the weekends. We have a terrier mix that "guards" the house, but he is mostly interested in taking naps and is a pretty chill pup. Halekoa drive is one of the wider ridge streets in Honolulu and there is generally multiple parking spots available in front of the home. No parties, smoking, or pets please.
