Getting Around: 5 minutes to the beautifully green Memorial Park, 10 minutes to the beautiful Downtown of Houston and 15 minutes away from the Iconic Minute-Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros! Other Things to Note: - Parking: 2 Car garage is available for use. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S PARKING. ( Street parking is not allowed ) - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. As this is an outdoor hot tub, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is uncleanrest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
