Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team! NEIGHBORING CONSTRUCTION: There is currently construction taking place on the lot next to the property. While this is outside of our control, there may be periods of increased daytime noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering this when booking if you're planning to spend significant time at the home during the day. - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool : Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is uncleanrest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated - Landscaping: Is done once a week. For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
