Garage parking is also provided. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own queen beds each with an attached bathroom. One bedroom has an office, which we put a full size bed in for additional guests. All appliances, and washer and dryer are all included. Utilities are also included in the rental price. It's about 10 - 12 minutes to downtown Houston and the Port of Houston, and about 20 minutes from the Houston Medical Center.
