Currently, there are 3 adult males living in the house. $250 per week with $500 deposit due on move in day. All major utilities included in rent. $45 background check fee for all serious applicants, no exceptions. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Owners 80lb neutered sweet well trained Dobermann free roams the house. House rules: No smoking inside the house. No outside shoes inside. No overnight guests. A/C will be kept between 75-77F during the summer. Must be clean and clean after yourself. Must clean after your dog. Must have steady employment. Parking is first available on the driveway. Quiet time is 11pm-7am. Weekly rent of $250 and refundable security deposit of $500. Total move in cost is $750.
