Both rooms are furnished, rooms have their own flat screen TV, bed with mattress, drawers and a small closet. You'll also have access to the living room to watch TV on the big screen, as well as the kitchen to cook and store your food, the patio in the back is spacious and covered so on hot days you can back there and unwind in peace. There is a washing machine and dryer on the property. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and right off the main road, with close access to numerous supermarket, restaurants and other shops. My Aunt lives at the property with her husband who often is away for work, both are in there sixties but since it'll be mostly my Aunt who will be home and she prefers having woman only.
