Private room on 2nd floor of my 4 bedroom/2 bath house, you would be the only roommate. You have access to pretty much the entire house, with the exception of my bedrooms (I have 2 bedrooms for myself, lol). Fenced yard, all utilities paid. Dog door, pet friendly, nice neighborhood. Handyman are great. You might love this arrangement if you are a landscaper. This is a long narrow lot and plenty of upgrades. Great house share if you have kids.. the elementary school is very close by. Your rooms are on the 2nd floor -- so please be mindful of that. Keep looking if you require a 1st floor bed/bath. I love pets -- and I have two small puppies and a kitty. All of them are very independent but love attention. If you have a pet that fits in -- super. REQUIREMENTS: You apply on Zillow, I review your application, we ask questions, determine if this might suit us both. No criminal background or tendencies, no smoking inside the house, no excessive drinking, no trouble-making. Like that. I am friendly, but busy, so not always available to you for social purposes. Length of lease is what you want it to be. I am flexible.
