Located just a few minutes from the town of Idyllwild and many amazing hiking trails. Our furnished mountain cabin is perfect for a family of 4-6. Perfect for Idyllwild Arts summer program participants. Spacious 4-bedroom cabin features a large front and back decks, a stunning river-rock fireplace, and a fully fenced back and front yard. The bedroom downstairs was converted to an entertainment room with a big TV. New roof and upgraded electrical system. UV film on doors and windows plus whole-house fan help lower energy bills. The house is equipped with a central AC. Abundant natural light also reduce energy usage. The bedroom/office has a built-in desk, bookshelf, and large TV. Cabin is fully furnished and equipped with all basic needs such as appliances, kitchen equipment, and linens. There are two king size beds and three twin size beds. We will keep utilities in our name; you take care of water, propane, and internet expenses. Credit score is extremely important to us. We will only respond to applicants who meet the minimum score listed, and have verifiable income. Above all else, we want family's who are looking to quietly enjoy our wonderful family home in the mountains, just like we and many others have done.
