I am listing my ranch and cabin in the Indian Creek ranch area. I have no time to visit anymore. There is a very large dam in the middle of my acreage. The community contains several gate coded locks and an airstrip. Most of the tracs are 100ac, given the terrain, with valleys and ridges, it is a large trac. Easily supports (4) hunters at one time. 25 minutes to the stores in Rocksprings. All low fences in this area. I am considering leaving (2) 4 wheelers, all the tools, and all the furnishings (i.e. gun cabinet, couches, beds (2 are new) chairs, refrigerators, microwave, full size propane oven/stove. Silverware, glasses, trailers, pots and pans). This would allow you to hunt this season with nothing needed other than your gun.
