Please note if you would like the pool/spa heated, inquire by reaching out to the host. They need a 24 hour notice to heat the pool/spa and a nightly heating charge will be added. House Rules 1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed. 2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes! 3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required! 4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am 5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine! 6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment.
