Outside you will find a grill, seating, private pool, and shared a beach walk-over that leads to the private beach.The second floor provides stunning views throughout the day of the beach. The living room is perfectly positioned to enjoy your favorite movie or watch the sunrise and set. The balcony has nice seating and a table for dining al-fresco. The dining table has water views as well and can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen offers barstool seating for 4 and has nice appliances. There is a guest bedroom on this floor that has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom.The third floor features a master suite that is simply a retreat. Treat yourself to the private balcony to enjoy the best views in the house throughout the day. The master suite features a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanity sink.- Parking for 4 vehicles. The driveway is shared with the home to the left. Parking for this home is for the right side only. There are two spots in the gravel and two paver spots.- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.- NO PET HOME.
