You have full access to all that Isle of Palms has to offer right around the corner including groceries, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. that are a quick ride, walk of golf cart cruise away! The home is completely outfitted from top to bottom with no expense spared! Home features a sprawling backyard that is privacy fenced with large pool, tons of patio space, huge grass lawns and beautiful live oak trees!! Two separate patios include outdoor ping-pong table, custom corn hole boards, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, eating areas, fire pit, outdoor shower and Weber stainless gas grill. All yard and patio areas are non-toxic fogged all summer long for mosquitoes and gnats. Inside the home has 3 bedrooms & 2 Full bathrooms down stairs with two separate living rooms(note; one living room is step down), both outfitted with flat screen TV's, Blu-Ray DVD players and huge sectional sofas! Downstairs you also have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter-tops and every accessory and appliance you would ever need!
