We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! A/C / HEATHorseshoe House is cooled by mini splits in each room. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. HOT TUBThe hot tub is set at 103 and is hot for your arrival. It is set up to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal. The hot tub guy comes every Wednesday to service the hot tub. He wont need to come inside but he will go around the side of the house. FIREDue to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONYou will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
