They are used for sitting and soaking in water. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. FIREDue to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire using fireworks or other open fire means (such as wood or charcoal) your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. THE PROPANE FIRE PIT IS ALLOWED TO BE USED ALL YEAR ROUND.
