You'll be sharing the home with just me (38-year-old woman) and my well-behaved, 10-pound hypoallergenic Bichon dog. The Room: I'm renting out the spacious primary bedroom, which has its own private full en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet with great storage. The room can come partially furnished, as shown in the photos, or unfurnished. Home Access: This is a house share, and you'll only be sharing the home with me. It's a grounded, quiet, and mature home environment, rather than a house with multiple tenants. You'll have full access to the shared spaces of the home, including: - Beautiful, high-end kitchen + dining room - Spacious, light-filled living room - One parking spot in the driveway - Private, fenced front and back yards where you can wake up to birds and peace and quiet Bonus Space: Spacious Home Office & Creative Studio! The home has a huge converted two-car garage with a built-in desk and storage that is currently empty and available for the new housemate to use as a home office, creative space, etc. There's also plenty of additional storage in the garage. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Move-In Timing: The room is available November 15th, but moving in during December is okay too. Move-in is required before the end of the year.
