The utility closet downstairs has full size washer and dryer. This hidden gem is an ideal, serene, private getaway but yet close enough to enjoy the night life. Rent bikes, scooters, golf carts or Uber a short, leisurely ride to Duval Street, Old Town, the renowned restaurants, lively bars, beaches, marinas, historic landmarks and shopping. Peak season rates $425 per night, 30 day minimum (per Key West ordinance), plus sales taxes of 12.5% and cleaning fee $250. Winter pool heating fee $300. Small dogs considered with pet fee .
