Very clean and quiet area, fence (no divided yet) but new, the bathroom has some new fixtures, dishwasher, new refrigerator, new stove, some room has been paint, windows cover are not your typical window blind, (stronger), outside light provide sensor motion. The renter must be extremely clean if you bring dogs, keep your dogs in your side of the property. 2- three (3) months contract. (probatory). 3-The trash must be in a bag at the moment of disposal (keep rodents away). 4- Broken furniture, cars, or any other thigs aren't allow outside the property. 5- Any furniture must be on backyard. 6- Oil drippings from cars must be clean constantly (if any case). 7-Cutting the yard (front, back and edge) your responsibility. 8- Garbage disposal is new, please do not place bones, eggs shells or others hard items inside (the last tenant replace the one is in place, do to the improper use. 8-A- Do not place oils in the sink, the city also prevents this to happens 9-No washing cars on the driveway (the city prohibits chemicals in the water (cleaning, shining tires, are allow, just keep the area immaculate. 10- Hoses, water containers, or other items must be on the back yard 11-Do not park on the yard 12- Do not flush hard papers in the toilet. 13- Smokers must be outside of the property (far from the house) due to strong allergies (another tenant).
