No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $450 fine. A signed rental agreement is required. Winter weather can be unpredictable. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy.
