Located just off the main road and less than one mile to the slopes, this townhome is the perfect place for your family or group to enjoy all that Killington has to offer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, fall foliage and so much more. You're close to everything while still being nestled in the woods for an idyllic setting for your holiday. Wifi, streaming services, full kitchen, fireplace and small patio round out the experience that we're sure you'll love!Walk in the front door to our Glazebrook condominium and you'll find a small entry mudroom. Just past that is the kitchen on the right. The half bath and stairs to the second floor are on the left. Beyond the kitchen on the main, you'll find the kitchen counter with stools, dining table, the living room with wood-burning fireplace and a small outdoor deck. Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms and bathroom. The back bedroom has a full bed and the front bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed. We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. You must sign and return our written rental agreement. Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder. The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm. Winter weather is unpredictable.
