    You don't want neighbors? No problem! This remote property is almost at the very end of a culdesac. The only properties beyond this one belong to the Costilla County Conservancy District. Those properties are on the Northern edge of the Wild Horse Mesa and include the rock wall drop offs. The property to the west of this is a corridor running approx 4.5 mi long (N/S) by .25 mi wide (E/W). This means that only one adjacent property is actually buildable, but with 35.5 acres and an abyndance of trees, you would most likely never see anyone there. There are currently no homes this far south on North Melby Ranch Road. This is off the grid with no power, water or sewer. Meaning that if the new owner chooses to build, you would need to install septic and solar and most likely a cistern to deposit water in. A well is permittable but may be feasible economically. This property was purchased with a Treasurer's Deed and all taxes are up to date. The new owner will receive a Special Warranty deed with title insurance.
