Welcome to Victor Lake in Shepody where this awesome cabin sits on one acre of leased government land. The cabin is 20x28 with a screened front veranda. The one room cabin is set up to use 4 seasons and is well insulated however during snow months you will need to use a snowmobile to get in from the Shepody Rd. The cabin is 8 years old, electrical panel was done by Right Switch Electric. There is a wood stove for the stormy nights and cool hunting season evenings. The fridge, stove, oven and hotwater is operated by propane so all the conveniences are in place. There is an outside shower with hot water, bell satellite, the outside firepit are all in place. This is a great hunting location plus snowmobile country. The outhouse is a stinkless outhouse and top of the line, have a look at the picture. Only 30 minutes to Sussex, 5 minutes to the entrance of Fundy Park and 11 minutes to Adairs Wilderness Lodge. This is an all around great package.
