There is no fenced yard, so pets must be pre-approved and will require a pet deposit. Has a screened in porch, large deck, washer & dryer onsite, propane BBQ, propane fire pit, electric fireplace. Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains in Pinetop-Lakeside. Near hiking trails, lakes, restaurants, shopping and within a short drive of Sunrise Ski Resort, Hon-Dah Casino, and Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center. 3 - 6 month summer only rental (through Dec 31st) * Number of occupants limited to two, and all must be listed on the lease * No pets allowed without prior approval and increased deposits. * No smoking or vaping inside house allowed * Dedicated parking area directly in front of the house * All utilities and trash pickup included * Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable within 10 days after premises vacated, once inspection for damage and cleanliness.
