I have a horse facility plus the apartment (Accessory dwelling) for rent. Also, available May 1, 2026 (another issue I had with Zillow). Looking for long term if it works out. Horse facility hasn't been used in a year and so it needs a little TLC...not much. It has everything you need including a dusk til dawn light that lights up the corrals at night. Apartment is an attached accessory dwelling. It is a one bedroom/one bath with an attached office. The office can't be used as a bedroom due to no independent heat. Laundry is in partial shared and divided garage with stackable washer and dryer. Apartment and office total around 700 s.f. and does not include the partial laundry area. Tenant would need to be able to run a riding lawn mower and care for the entire grounds they are renting plus their yard area. The corrals can be made into larger corrals for horses to have more room. Maximum of 3 horses for this price. Horses must be well cared for and manure must be picked up daily. There is a hay barn, tack shed, outhouse, turn out, round pen and trailer parking. The apartment has a nice air conditioning and fireplace, but the fireplace cannot be used. There is another tenant on the property. Each unit has their own entrances and yards. This place can only handle no more than two people. No pets are allowed. No exceptions. Please don't ask. The property condition is expected to be kept up. Miscellaneous items cannot be left about the property just because it is large, they must be put in a container of sorts. Rent is $2,500 and security deposit is $2,500. Must qualify with 3 times the amount of rent in gross income. Fico score of 720 or above. References. No evictions or late pays.
