This Washington State apple and pear orchard offering is comprised of 56.27 A± deeded acres. The asset consists of two tax parcels and is located in Wapato, WA in Yakima County. The property lies within the boundaries of the Yakama Nation Reservation. All acres located on tribal ground are owned fee simple and can be transferred via traditional deed to a new owner. The orchard asset has been operated by the current landowner for several decades.
