It is a very active neighborhood for people of all ages and the neighborhood is beautifully maintained. The home is tastefully decorated and even has an 85' TV, with ROCU streaming and sound system for sports and golf fans! There is so much to do here in Citrus County and Brentwood is situated right in the middle of everything from the Withlacoochie Trail to the Manatees in Rainbow River. Kick back in the oversized, private lanai, watching the golfers. Great for traveling nurses/medical personnel or snowbirds (timeframe is negotiable but zillow won't allow me to specify that). No solicitors, brokers or agents, please. Utilities are included. Short term rental only so renter must accept mail at a P.O. Box. Small to medium dog allowed with a deposit $100/pet and we ask that s/he stays in a kennel while gone but may stay on the lanai if s/he doesn't bark a lot. Trash comes weekly.
