There are 4 steps up to the front porch, and the rest of this beautifully designed home is all on one level. You will enjoy the convenience of the included laundry and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and the dining area provides comfortable seating for six or more. Vintage decor and fun wall murals create a unique, warm and inviting space for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you. NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7 Getting Around Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies.
