This spacious home boasts 5 King Beds across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main floor features 3 bedrooms one with an ensuite bathroom, and two others sharing a hallway bath. The basement provides an additional 2 King Beds with its own private bathroom, offering ultimate comfort and privacy. Getting around -If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full
