This House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath its got a wood burning fireplace and a fuel/oil heater, a window air conditioner and a detached garage with 220v and 110v hookups its gots a old shed out back and 220v ran for a hot tub under a canopy its got a unfinished basement and food cellar room and another fairly large room in basement but unfinished. Its got a hughe back yard and a decent front yard. This place is super quiet and a great all around home. This is a month to month lease only. Garbage is included all other bills are paid by possible Renter, those include Water/Sewer, Electricity, fuel for heater or fire wood, and any internet or cable TV is all paid by renter. Pets are only if I permit them and a $800 per pet depost is non-negotiable- but refundable if the rental is as it was at move in. Also will be a pet rent per animal monthly. All application fees are Non-refundable and per adult over 18 at move in. Any other fees and move in cost can be discussed by texting ir calling me.
