The apartment is the bottom floor of a two family home with tenants living upstairs. The apartment features a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a main shared bathroom and spare bathroom, and is fully furnished (including the bedroom). It's conveniently located 20 minutes from NYC and right off of Route 46. Established tenants are respectful and kind, and the area is very safe. The apartment has a private entry via the back door. Inside the home, each roommate will have their own rooms, their own drawers in the bathroom, and their own cabinets in the kitchen. The kitchen has a full four-burner gas stovetop and an oven. It also features a large shared refrigerator. 12 month lease Household Expectations: Cleaning: A revolving chore chart will be created for all household chores. No dishes left in the sink (dishes must be either washed or placed in the dishwasher by the end of the night). Please keep your spaces tidy, and communal areas clean after each use. Guests: No overnight guests. Tenants can have guests over, but must ensure that guests adhere to cleanliness and noise level expectations. Quiet hours: There are no quiet hours. We just ask that you be respectful of other tenants/roommates. No excessive noise. Pets/Smoking: No pets. No smoking/vaping. Sharing household items: We can chat about this day one! Parking: There is no overnight street parking; driveway only. The driveway fits 4 cars (we already have 3). Since it's a single-lane driveway, we maintain a monthly calendar with all residents to order cars each night in the driveway. All vehicles must be moved from the driveway by a specified time each morning, and can be parked on the street. There is always ample street parking during the day.
