Furnished guesthouse / tiny house for rent. 10-minute drive to Lockhart. It is 12 x 24 feet, 288 sq ft inside plus another 150 sq ft of loft space for sleeping and storage. You need to be agile enough to climb an 'alternate tread' staircase to one loft for sleeping and ladder to a second smaller loft. Due to the small space this is best suited for one adult and minimal belongings. Utilities are paid by me. Prior rental experience is required. $300 deposit. I will run a background check. If you are a still Trump supporter at this point, I don't think we will get along. I never had to think like this until Trump came along. Some Negatives: NO PETS allowed. NO SMOKING, NO Laundry available, NO oven. NO WIFI available. A previous renter was able to work from home using her mobile data plan. I have satellite HughesNet with VERY limited data and it doesn't usually reach out there. It has a covered porch with view of our pasture, a quiet wall mini-split for AC/heat, full bath with bathtub/shower. The kitchen area has a sink, small fridge, hot burner, microwave, toaster oven, and some dishes supplied. No stove/oven. Vinyl flooring. A clean full-sized mattress with mattress cover is supplied in the loft. There are also a loveseat, a reclining chair, and fold-up wall table. This is in MY YARD in the country east of Lockhart. There is a side driveway to the rent house. You will have access to the yard with shady areas if you would like to relax, read, etc. There is also one other renter in another building. I have one friendly dog on the premises. Composting and recycling are encouraged. Since this is in my yard, I must be picky about my renters.
