The County Building Division approved the foundation inspection under the original building permit 06-2070. This permit is still reflected in the County records but has since expired. RE the foundation: Jim Boldt with Boldt Masonry Construction Lic#ABC-27966 inspected the foundation on July 19, 2023, and said the foundation is constructed very well and is in excellent condition with no observable shifting or cracks whatsoever. Furthermore, he said the foundation is ready to build on and only gets stronger the older it is. The completed architectural plans and existing foundation work will save $110,000(+), plus six+ months' worth of planning and construction time. Or demo and build to suit.
