Long Beach has affordable flat fee to cover water, recycling, sewer and trash. Five minutes to the Memorial Hospital and 3 miles to a Navy Base. Several grocery store options and many doctors in the area. **This home is located south of the railroad tracks and only 2 blocks to the beach. Seller has convenient policy for paying utilities. This owner of this cottage home has the following payment guidelines: Seller will open an account where renters bank so that the renters can set up billpay (direct deposit) The payment goes in always on the 1st of the month. This reduces late fee issues and transporation/holiday closing issues. If rent is not paid by the 1st of the month, a late fee of $150 every three days will tacked on and become part of the that month's rent. Should renters ever be more than 2 weeks late an eviction notice may be served via text, email, hand delivery or phone. If renter is caught with a pet there is a fee of $400 and renter could possibly get evicted. Rent due up front before moving in is two months ($1550 X 2) plus a $1000 deposit.
