Lovell Canyon iѕ а muѕt see, οff the grіd hidden gem only a shοrt 40-45 mіnutes from Las Vegas. Properties lie within the La Madre Mountain Wilderness Area and Spring Mountains National Recreation Area in a secluded canyon with only 20 private parcels surrounded by US Forest Service land. One home allowed per parcel under R-U zoning and you can drill a well on either or both parcels. Temperatures are 15-20 degrees cooler than Las Vegas. I made drive with a 2 wheel drive SUV but 4 wheel drive would be more comfortable.
