There is a steep driveway that cannot be driven when the temperatures dip below freezing. You will need to walk the hill during the super cold months. There is a stairway in the hillside. Think of it as great exercise. This is an 8-month rental 9/22/25 through 5/21/26. Gas, septic, water, and snow removal is paid for by the landlord. Electric, garbage/recycling and wifi is paid for by the renter. Note - the home is heated by natural gas and has a gas dryer and oven so the electric usage is usually minimal. Prefer no pets but a small, non-shedding dog would be considered. No cats. No smoking.
